About

Well, hello there.

I am a service designer at Amura Health. Before this I was at Urban Company and Tata Elxsi and before all of it I studied Human Centered Design at Srishti in Bangalore.

What I actually do

Most of my day goes into figuring out why something is not working the way it should. Sometimes it is the people, sometimes the process and sometimes just a quiet mismatch in what everyone expected. Then I try to design a way out of it. I like getting into the messy middle of a problem, talking to the people living inside it and turning all of that into something a team can actually pick up and run with. I like testing things in the real world and learning from whatever breaks. That part is genuinely fun for me.

When I am not working

Lately I have been trying to slow down a bit. Some light movement to reset after a long day and cooking, which turned out to be far more calming than I expected. I keep coming back to the idea of quiet, slow places like Shirakawa in rural Japan and one day I want to spend a proper stretch of time there. On the loud end of things I have fallen completely into Formula 1 and yes, I am a Ferrari person.

I also have a real soft spot for BTS, dogs and good food. My mom's cooking is still the thing to beat and honestly it always will be.

If you like untangling messy problems, or you just feel like a chat, I am always up for it.
